Food Insecurity
Many UVA students find themselves having to choose between affording tuition and daily essentials. If this is your experience, we're here to help. Get the healthy food and hygiene products you need, anonymously and free of charge, at food pantries on and off Grounds.

Counseling and Therapy
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides mental health support to students through individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric services, drop-in consults, emergency services, and via TimelyCare virtual mental health services.

Care and Support Services
Care and Support Services (CASS) at Student Health and Wellness provides inclusive support for all students with unmet needs to increase students’ ability to identify, reduce, and navigate barriers to their growth and well-being.
