Health Programming and Organizations
Health consultations, recovery programs, and nutritional services are just a few of the health education resources that are pre-paid by tuition and fees.

Medical Care and Services
All students who have paid tuition fees are eligible for no-cost clinical care and preventive services. Make an appointment by calling (434) 924-5362 or through the HealthyHoos portal.

Student Health & Wellness Center
Student Health and Wellness is UVA's hub for medical, mental health, and accessibility services. You can schedule an appointment, access after-hours care, or get emergency/crisis support.

Counseling and Therapy
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides mental health support to students through individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric services, drop-in consults, emergency services, and via TimelyCare virtual mental health services.

Wellness Coaching
Want to live healthier but lacking support? WahooWell is a confidential program that pairs you with a well-being facilitator who listens to and encourages you toward physical, mental, and emotional goals that matter to you.

Student Disability Resources
Every student deserves to access all that UVA has to offer. If you've been diagnosed with a disability OR if you haven't been diagnosed but are struggling academically, the Student Disability Access Center can help you secure the accommodations you need.

Free Virtual Healthcare
Through the TimelyCare app, any student who has paid comprehensive tuition fees has access to 12 scheduled counseling sessions (per calendar year) as well as a 24-hour mental health call line... all for free!

Emergency and Crisis Services
Call 911 for life-threatening emergencies. For non-life threatening emergencies, contact a TimelyCare urgent care counselor or the Dean on Call, both available 24/7.
