University Ambassadors
Screened and trained by the UVA Police Department, University Ambassadors are stationed in and patrol areas around the Corner in specially-marked vehicles and highly visible, bright yellow logo attire... you can't miss them! To request that an Ambassador walk you home, drop in or call the Public Safety Substation at 1413 University Ave or 434-984-7622, ext. 406.

The University maintains a map of lighted pathways across Grounds and encourages all community members to use these pathways and walk with friends late at night.
