Please use this form to initiate the process to register as a supplier and receive a Supplier Number. Each supplier number must be associated with a unique email address. There can be only one registration per email address. Please provide the email address for the person or organization you wish to register. The invitation to register will be sent to that email address.
CIOs should create a unique email address for their organization and not use a student email address as a contact email. You can create contact email addresses via SYMPA and use that; that would be an @Virginia.edu address. You would just need to add anyone from your org who should receive emails sent to that address as "subscribers." When creating the new list, we suggest they use the type "Contact Address No Archives."
