Often anxiety and stressful emotions are due to feeling something challenging and not knowing how to deal with it in the moment. CAPS Emotion Regulation Workshops will teach skills and insights to cope effectively with stressful emotions.

The skills taught in this workshop are based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which focuses on empowering an individual to improve one’s emotional and interpersonal functioning.

The workshops will be held at Student Health and Wellness in the Multipurpose Room 101B. Students can sign up for either of these two workshops and light snacks will be provided.
