FSL Space Reservations

Please review all reservation information below, and complete the space reservation form here.

Reservation Information: The FSL Main Area is available to reserve from 5-9PM, Monday through Friday. The FSL Conference Room is available to reserve for events/meetings from Monday through Friday, 10AM - 9PM. Events that are outside of the open reservation times will need to be approved by FSL staff by emailing [email protected]. The Main Area has 16 chairs and the Conference Room has 10 chairs.

Availability: Please allow more than 3 business days lead time for requesting a space. You will be contacted by someone in the FSL office within three (3) business days to confirm your request. 

Eligibility: Fraternal Organizations and Governing Councils (Inter-Fraternity Council, Inter-Sorority Council, Multicultural Greek Council, and National Pan-Hellenic Council) have priority for space reservations. Individual students and other student organizations can also use the spaces on a first-come, first-serve if a fraternal group is not using them at that time. All groups must be in good standing and are expected to treat the spaces with respect.

Technological Needs: The Main Area and Conference Room areas each have a TV which can be connected to a computer using an HDMI cable. Please report any technology issues to [email protected].

Space Expectations: Groups are expected to clean up all trash and tidy the spaces before leaving.
