Second Year Welcome Back Bash! This Sunday!

Welcome Back, Second Years!

I hope this message finds you well and refreshed after your summer break. As you step into your second year at UVA, we want to extend a warm welcome back to all of you! Our Second Year Experience committee works to provide a supportive, coordinated effort that empowers second-year students to exercise the knowledge and skills to thrive at UVA. And to kick off the semester on a high note, we’re hosting a Welcome Back Bash THIS SUNDAY, September 1, from 4:00 – 7:00 PM in Alumni Hall near where many Second-Years live! It will be a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with friends, make new connections, enjoy delicious food, play games, and just HAVE FUN! This event will also provide a platform for you to learn about upcoming events, student organizations, and University initiatives.

Here’s to a remarkable year ahead! We can’t wait to see you at the Welcome Back Bash and witness all the great things you’ll accomplish this year!
