Hurricane Ian and Your Home State

Your fellow members of the UVA community are concerned about the devastation caused by Hurricane Ian. I am writing you since our records show your hometown is located in Florida. If you need assistance due to the impact of the storm on you or your family, please get in touch by writing my office at [email protected].

As further information becomes available, if you find now or in the coming days that the storm has affected you personally, emotionally, or financially, please let us know so we can determine what University resources might be available to you.

In the meantime, please know we are thinking of you and your loved ones. We remain hopeful everyone who has felt the impact of this storm will recover as soon as possible.
